Monday 2-10-13

New week, new opportunities!!! Let’s get after it this week as the CrossFit Open is just around the corner.

A couple of things to go over:

(1) There are Buffalo Turkey Meatloafs and Paleo Beef Chili for purchase. They are both paleo and all the ingredients are on the containers. If you want to buy some, they’ll be in the fridge at the gym.

(2) We got a new product! It’s called FitAid. It’s a truly all natural drink for both before a workout which aids in performance and after a workout which aids in recovery. This is also a paleo friendly drink. No artificial sweetners, lightly carbonated and tastes great. Try it out! $3 per can.

(3) Friday is Valentines Day and we MAY not have class that evening. Just keep a look out. Again, MAY not, not confirmed yet. However, if you plan on not being there on Friday, please let us know, it’ll help in our decision. Thanks.

EMOTM 8:00 -5 Burpees at the beginning of the minute -As many reps of Power Cleans (95/65) with remaining minute

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength/Mobility

-5×1 Jerk

-3×5 Back Squat @85%

-With remaining time, practice Snatch Technique
