We are getting so close to a new year. This means new goals, new opportunities and a chance to have a clean slate at a new you.

This week we will have a little schedule change again. What we are changing is no night classes on Tuesday and no morning classes on Wednesday. Otherwise, everything else is normal schedule.

Also, don’t forget that this week we start a new session, which means payment is due. Also, don’t forget to ask us about our contract prices!

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength/Mobility

-100 Pullups for time

9:00 for Reps of: -1500m Row -Then, with remaining time, as many WallBalls as possible (20/14)
