The Christmas party was a success! We love these get togethers and one of our resolutions for the new year is to make sure we have more and more often. As for the upcoming holiday, we hope everyone stays safe on their travels and enjoys the company of friends and family. For our schedule next week:

Something else to get excited about is ready made meals! The Betsy Baker Bites you know and love has gone into the ready made foods category! Starting Wednesday, there will be a few ready made foods to purchase and reheat at home. Yes, we could all make these things on our own, but what we are trying to offer is convenience. Healthy foods without the headache of planning, shopping, prepping then cooking. More on this tomorrow and at the gym.
