Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength
Strength: “CrossFit Total” -Total weight of a heavy single in the Back Squat, Strict Press and Deadlift You get 3 attempts at each lift (not including warm up sets) to score a heavy weight/possible PR. Score is all 3 weights combined. Ex: 200lb Squat, 100lb Press and 225lb Deadlift equal a total of 525lbs.
