Let’s get this week going!!!!

Tuesday is Bring-A-Friend Day. Got someone interested, bring em in!  Every Tuesday this month you’re able to bring someone with you to try out our program.

A new week brings new info on nutrition as well. When we give you this info, think of how you can start implementing these things into your daily/weekly routines.

Last thing, we retest this week. Fundamentals you guys did a 400m Run workout and Performance you guys did Clean & Jerks for reps. Those will come on Wednesday so plan on being there that day.

10:00 AMRAP -7 Thrusters -7 Burpees -7 Cal Row

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength

Strength: -3×5 Back Squat, 1@ 70%, 1@ 75%, 1@ 80%

10:00 AMRAP -5 Front Squats -10-20 Double Unders -5 Box Jumps (30/24, or as high as possible)
