(1)We want to give a congrats again to all those who competed over the weekend and who realized they could beat their old selves up and down the street!

(2)We’re giving you “Home-work” workouts again and we want to hear your feedback on them.

(3)The colder weather also brings warmer clothes and you know we got some things brewing and coming your way in the clothing department!  However, with the items costing more to purchase and print on, we will make sure to do preorders ahead of time. If there is no preorder, there is no item…and believe me, you’ll want these!

(4)Your challenge this week is Cauliflower in any way you like, as part of your diet. There’s mashed cauliflower, cauliflower rice, steamed cauliflower, etc.  Either way, try it and make it a part of your meal this week!  However, we want you to have it for 2 or more meals, not just one. Because it usually makes plenty, you’ll have some for leftovers!

(5)Finally, the gym will be closed Thursday for Halloween as we plan to hand out goodies to the kids. If you are truly bummed about missing the gym, do the Home-work workout!

“Mary”* 20:00 AMRAP -5 Handstand Pushups (HSPU) -10 Pistol Squats -15 Pullups

*For anyone needing to modify any of these movements, we got ya covered, so don’t worry!

“Home-work” For Time: 20-18-16-14-12-10 -Pushups -Pikes -Walking Lunges -400m Run finishes each round (roughly 1:00 of running in one direction then run back to your starting point)
