Remember, this Saturday, if you can we’d like you to attend the Fall Festival 5K in town. It starts at 8am (we know it’s early!…but we know you can do it) and it starts at the Midlothian football stadium. You can click here to sign up online, it’s $20.

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength

Strength: (A1) take 12:00 to build to a heavy set of: -1 Power Clean -1 Hang Squat Clean -1 Front Squat….if you can, squeak out 1 more front squat (2 total)

Test Set: 6 Rounds of: -1:00 Max Calorie Row -2:00 rest
