Skill: -Double Unders/Dumbbell Swings, depending on what you need to work on.
For Reps: 4×3:00 AMRAP, 1:00 rest between Get as far as possible in 3:00 -20/18 Calorie Row -20 Double Unders -20 Dumbbell Swings (50/35) -20 WallBalls (20/14)
*if you finish the WallBalls, jump back on the rower, get to rowing!
