Friday is here and we plan on having a goooooood time TONIGHT! Here’s the plan:

-Show up

-Dominate any and all workouts

-Chill & Eat & Laugh & Hugs

What’s else do you need?!

So, tonight we have a handful of teams doing some of the Team Series workouts and we hope you all can be there to help cheer on all the teams. Also, during/after, we plan on throwing some food on the grill (bring your own meat) and hang out and laugh “all night.” Feel free to bring any food you’d like and of course bring your own drinks. It all goes down tomorrow night so show up whenever!
