The weekend is almost here!! Just to give you guys a heads up for the next month: we are going to be switching over to a new membership management software. This may have a few kinks at first, but it’ll help us out in the long run.

Skill: -Pullups, kipping and modifications

“1/2 Cindy” 10:00 AMRAP -5 Pullups -10 Pushups -15 Air Squats

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength

Skill: -Clean Technique

5 Rounds, each for time and for speed, rest as needed between rounds: Clean Speed ladder, as fast as possible -6 Cleans (65/95) -4 Cleans (80/115) -2 Cleans (95/135) -150m Sprint Rest as needed before next round.
