Again, a little modification to the schedule: there is a 5:30am we added, every other class is the same. But, just in case you forgot, we have a 9:00am, 5:30pm (Performance only) and 6:30pm. Now to get after it!

This workout will satisfy many areas, strength, skill, etc., and so that is why it is called: “Well, thats a first!” -5 Cleans or Snatch (your choice) @75% -5 Muscle Ups -4 Cleans or Snatch @80% -4 Muscle Ups -3 Cleans or Snatch @85% -3 Muscle Ups -2 Cleans or Snatch @90% -2 Muscle Ups -1 Clean or Snatch @ a possible PR! -1 Muscle Up
