Skill & Strength: Cleans, build to a challenging 3 rep

For Time: -400m Run -30 Cleans -400m Run -20 Cleans -400m Run -10 Cleans

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength

Strength: (A1) 5×3 Power Cleans (A2) 5×Max Time L-Sit

Hurdle-Sprint Complex -depending on time, we’ll do at least 3 rounds

“What say we hoist this ball on our shoulders and do some exercises”….it’s worse than we thought, right Shane?!
