Hey guys, don’t forget about our cool things were doing Saturday. Please, even if you can’t workout or stay long, swing by and try some food, get some gear, listen to the Lecture, etc. Just a reminder, here’s the schedule:

–Virtuosity Shoppe will be in the gym selling all types of gear like belts, gymnastics grips, jumoropes, socks, etc!

–Bring a friend to workout at 9:45am. This is the easy one, just snag someone.

–Mach1 food tasting and Nutrition Lecture at 10:30am. You don’t want to miss out on this, especially if you’re doing the steps needed to change your nutrition habits.
