Just a reminder there is no class this Saturday. We will be in Burleson at CrossFit Success for the partner competition some of us signed up for. You’re more than welcome to come watch. It starts at 9am.

Athletes competing Saturday: Please come to the gym when you normally would, there will be a small recovery workout for you and you’re encouraged to foam roll and use the lacrosse ball as well as do some mobility.
