Remember everyone, we are having a modified schedule today. We are having a:

9:00am Fundamentals & Performance

12:00pm Sweat

4:30pm Fundamentals & Performance

Also, on Saturday morning, we are having our 9:45am class as usual, but would love any and all of our members to be there, as well as anyone from the community.  We are doing a partner hero workout for Independence Day!

Swink Sweat EMOTM for 20:00, you must complete: -5 Ring Rows -7 Pushups -9 Air Squats Rest 3:00 -1000m Row as fast as possible

Swink Fundamentals & Performance -Shoulder Strength -Glute Strength

Skill: -Dumbbell Squat Clean

15:00 AMRAP -6 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (3/arm, alternating) -7 Burpees -18 ft Broad Jumps* *the broad jumps (or long jumps) will be done by jumping forward as many times as it takes to get 18ft covered.

Pullup Strength: 3 Sets of: (same as Tuesday) -15 “A”s -15 DB Curls
