To highlight something great in this photo, Jess has a great front rack here. Not only are her elbows completely foward with the bar resting solely on her shoulders, but her torso is up and engaged with no slouching! I’m on her all the time with her posture and she is proving her progress in this photo. Not to mention, this girl, no joke, could barely use the bar when she first started, her and her crew (WHICH HIT THEIR ONE YEAR!!). From barely being able to use the bar to getting 100 reps done using 65#!!!! What an accomplishment.
