The weekend is almost here everyone…our first weekend on the Nutrition Challenge. Who will make good choices, who will plan ahead, who sticks to this!? Next week, however, we change the rules…snacks do no count, desserts don’t count, meals are needing to have certain things in them in order to count, etc. etc. so be looking for the new rules.
Also, EVERYONE SHOULD COME TO SATURDAY MORNINGS!! 8AM IS TRAINING BUT 9:45AM IS A PARTNER WORKOUT WHICH IS ALWAYS SO FUN!…SO COME!
