Swink Fundamentals -Shoulder Mobility

Skill: Deadlift

For Time: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of -Deadlifts -Burpees

Swink Performance -Shoulder Mobility

Strength: -Back Squat 60%×3, 70%×3, 80%×3, 85%×2 -4×5 Strict or Weighted Pullups

For Time: 10, 9, 8…2, 1 reps of: -Cleans (95/65) *light and fast -150m Run between each round
