The summer is almost here guys, and we’re bringing 2 more classes to you!

Tuesday & Thursday:Swink Barbell @ 6:15pm

This class begins on June 9th. All unlimited members have this class included in their membership. If you do 3x a week, it is not included.

Mon, Wed and Friday:Swink Sweat @12:00pm

This class is in addition to the 6:30pm class of Swink Sweat.  This is another option for Sweat. Essentially, with your Sweat membership, you get 3x a week, so you can come to 3 class options.

Also, the water machine has a “drain”.  Well, it doesn’t actually drain, it just holds overflow water. Please don’t pour anything into it. There is a mop closet right next to it that you’re free to rinse out your bottles in and pour out old water/drinks. Thanks everyone.

Lastly, Nicole, one of our resident morning/strong woman, is finally leaving us. She has moved closer to her work, which is in Ft. Worth. Her last day is this Saturday BUT will be back on Saturday, June 13!  We are going to bring Summer in the right way, a BBQ. On Saturday the 13th, we will have our normal class at 9:45am, but following, WE COOK OUT!  Plan for that, details coming soon!

Swink Fundamentals -Shoulder Strength

Skill/Strength: -Squat Snatch, take 15:00 to build to a heavy single

EMOTM for 8:00 -10-15 WallBalls -10-12 OHS

Core: 4×:30 Side Planks  (2 right, 2 left)

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength

Strength: EMOTM for 10:00: -2 Power Snatch @70%

4×2:00 on/1:00 off Round 1: Max WallBalls  (20/14) Round 2: Max Pullups/C2B Round 3: Max Burpees Round 4: Max OHS (75/55)

Core: 4×:30 Side Planks (2 right, 2 left)
