As we come to an end this week, we would like to re-celebrate our Member of the Month, Kristi. We are doing a workout today for her!

Also, don’t forget about our Memorial day Murph going down on Monday at 10am.  We’d love to see all of your faces there.  Afterwards, we head to Mike and Lauren’s place for food, swimming (hopefully the weather cooperates) and hanging out. Bring a side, lawn chairs and your own drinks.

4 Rounds of: -15 Weighted Pushups/Pushups -10 Strict Pullups
