Well Friday is here and we just want to remind you all about Monday. We are doing Murph and we are doing at 9am. This means we are only doing one class that day and would love it if you all could be there. Even if you partition it or do it with a partner, we can make it work for you for sure, so come join us.

Also, Mike Hatcher has opened up his home to us…and his pool…for us all to go hang out after we all do sweaty Murph. At least join us for that!
