So, first off, we want to congratulate Jacquelyn and Abel Lopez on their baby boy! This is our first person to start with us, get pregnant, and go through the entire pregnancy while still working out at the gym. Of course we modify for her, especially the further along she got during the pregnancy. We are happy for them and here’s to breaking a stereotype, that you can’t stay fit while being pregnant. Congrats guys!
SOUTHBOUND THROWDOWN IS HERE!!!!! Remember everyone, classes in the evening are canceled for the Throwdown, but you can still do this workout just fine, trust us! So please, at least come to support but we encourage you to participate. We also need some help, if at all possible, running the front desk, helping sign people up for heats and taking entry fees and donations.
