Great turnout to the Swink Barbell class!  Hopefully we can keep this class going. Now, as for today, remember that the cookout is on Saturday at 5:30pm. Bring your own beverages, friends and family, and if you want to, you can bring a side dish.  Be there!

4 Rounds for quality: -400m Run -6 Squat Cleans -8 Hand Release Pushups

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength/Mobility

Strength: -5×3 Squat Cleans

4 Rounds for time: -30 Double Unders -3 Muscle Ups -3 Deadlifts (275/185)
