Happy Good Friday everyone! What a great week of training so far, we’re excited about this new year of programming and challenges. So, be looking for a sign up next week for the 3 month challenge. Also, if you haven’t already, be sure to download the Paleo Challenge app if you are also going to be going through the food challenge. All begins on April 13th! Let’s go into this head strong and focused and make sure we keep each other accountable for these challenges.

Swink Fundamentals -Thoracic Mobility

Skill: -Deadlifts, building to tough 5 rep

Complete the following: -30 Unbroken Deadlifts (30% of 5 rep) -800m Run -20 Unbroken Deadlifts (50%) -800m Run -10 Unbroken Deadlifts (70%)

Strength: -3×Max Chinup Holds

Swink Performance -Hip Mobility

Strength: -Find usable weight for Back Squats for the below workout

15:00 EMOTM -3 Back Squats -6 Burpees

Strength: -3×Max Chinup Hold
