14.2 was released! Just a preface, if you do not have chest 2 bar pullups, even though we’ve been working on them, don’t worry! We want everyone to know that this is just another test, and we will get past it. We want everyone to stay positive going into the workout and attack it like any other day.

Also, if you have already done 14.2, we will have an alternate workout for you.

Swink Fundamentals & Performance -Shoulder Strength/Mobility

Skill: OHS

14.2 3:00 to complete 2 Rounds of: -10 OHS (95/65) -10 Chest 2 Bar Pullups

*if you complete the following as prescribed, then you move on to the next round, which is another 3 minutes to complete 12 reps of each, 2 Rounds. Then another 3 minutes to complete 14 reps of each, 2 Rounds. So on so on…

If you haven’t come to watch the release of the Open workouts with us, try to join us over the next 3 weeks. Thursday nights at 7pm.
