Well guys, 17.2 is here…and we see them dumbbells again.

As for today, please be patient with us as we have 2 sets of every weight of the dumbbells. This means, each “heat” or group of you, we need 2 guys to go and 2 girls to go. If you absolutely need to go early, please let us know but otherwise, we’d like to brief you all about 5:15pm. This will include strategy, rules, tips, etc. Can’t wait to see you all tomorrow!
