Well, last workout of the Open and we are for sure going to have some hard work ahead of us!

Don’t forget that we will be doing a potluck tonight at the gym so bring some goodies and let’s have a great time.

We would love to get started at 4:30pm but of course will be open at 3:30 for anyone needing to get the workout done then.
