This workout can be done anywhere! So, do it if you cant make our morning class because tomorrow night we wont be having class. We will be out at CrossFit Dallas Central for their Night of Champions event. Its from 6:30-8:30 and anyone is welcome to come. We are leaving the gym at 6 and we can ride together.
