Hey everyone, who, if any, would be interested in a very accurate reading of their body far percentage?! There’s a company who would like to bring their truck out to our gym and give you guys a reading of your body fat percentage. It would be February 18th and if you’d be interested, please let us know as soon as you can!

Just a reminder of some up coming events:

Wednesday the 15th: Mach 1 Foods is coming back out to sample their food again and we would love you all to try out their food!

Saturday the 18th: Virtuosity Shop will be at the gym with all their sweet gear to help your workouts go smoother. The body fat testing will also be there the same day so be sure to talk to us to get you on the schedule.

Thursday the 23rd: The first Open workout is released

Friday the 24th: Clear your Friday nights people, we’re about to have some fun! Try to be there if you can, it all starts at 4:30!

-Accumulate 2:00 in a Side plank/side
