Back to the grind! We’re getting closer to the end of the year which also means payment is due at the beginning of January.

Have you been with us longer than 3 months? Why not sign a contract and save yourself some money?! We are doing 3 month, 6 month and 1 year contracts starting in January. It will be automatic payment, just like it is now, but you commit to paying each month. However, we give you discounts for signing up! The longer you sign up for, the bigger the discount. Ask us about it at the gym.

*Each Rep you hold for 3 sec at the bottom

10:00 Ladder -30 Double Unders -10 Ring Pushups -2 Squat Clean Thrusters (95/65) -30 Double Unders -10 Ring Pushups -4 Squat Clean Thrusters -30 Double Unders -10 Ring Pushups -6 Squat Clean Thrusters….so on so on

*Thrusters go up by 2 reps each round.
