Listen, it’s cold!! But that means you have to remember to keep up on your water intake.
As the temperature drops, we’re less likely to drink enough water needed to perform at your optimum level. Be sure to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water each day!
Last but not least, this Saturday there will be no class. We will both be at the Color Run 5K in town. Feel free to join us there!!

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength
Strength: -3×5 Deadlift, build to a heavy 5 rep
Tabata Thrusters (75/55) -8 rounds, :20 on :10 off Rest 1:00 Tabata Rowing -8 rounds, :20 on :10 off
