Today is the last day for orders to be put in for the Fit Fuel Foods take home meals. There are menus at the gym to be picked up. All you have to do is fill out the form and leave it with us.

Also, we’d like to thank Amy for coming out a leading a Yoga class for us. It was definitely some tough work, but much needed. If you’re interested in another class, please let us know!
