Partner Workout 2×7:00 AMRAP with 2:00 Rest 2, 4, 6, 8, etc, Reps of: -Dumbbell Swings -Pikes -Box Jumps *Partners will swap movements, back and forth.

Swink Fundamentals -Ankle Mobility -Shoulder Mobility

Skill: -Double Unders

10:00 to get as far as possible: -800m Run -500m Row -Max Double Unders with remaining time

Pullup Strength: -3×15 Bent Over Rows, underhand -3×Max Strict Chinups (can use a band)

Swink Performance -Ankle Mobility -Shoulder Strength

Strength: -Find tough 10 Rep OHS

3 Rounds for time: -400m Run -10 HSPU -15 Pullups

Pullup Strength: -3×15 Bent Over Rows, underhand
