Alright everyone, next week we’ll have a few change ups, but only because Betsy and I will be out of town. For 1, all the workouts will be posted on Mondays post. All 5 days will be listed…but do not pick and choose, especially if you don’t like the workout. 2nd, we unfortunately have to cancel 9am on Monday morning. We truly apologize but it definitely was the last resort. That should be all for now…
