Remember our events this weekend family.

Saturday we have Chill Time at Doug and Michelle’s place. The address is 624 Shady Oaks Trail, Burleson Texas. We’ll meet up there at around 6 so come on out. Also, bring your own law chair to enjoy the fire pit!

Sunday we have Shane and Dani’s baby shower at the gym starting at 1:00pm. Come on out to this also.

We really pride ourselves on the community aspect we have her and truly think of you all as family. These events we do are opportunities for us to get together and grow stronger as a unit. No one is excluded and everyone is welcome. Please, try to make some events as much as you can because we love hanging out with you guys…outside of a workout!

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength -Glute Strength

Skill/Strength: -Handstand Walks, 3×6-18ft, can be assisted!

For Time: 3 Rounds of -400m Run -21 Swings (50/35) -12 Pullups
