Friday is here everyone, CELEBRATE!
As we head into the weekend, we’d like to bring a couple of things to your attention to not only help your lifestyle but your progress in the gym.
(1) Sleep. Underestimated and usually not a priority. Get it, you need it more than you know. And we’re talking 7+ hours. Ideally 8 or more.
(2) Stress. It messes with your recovery process and can make training actually worse for you. Do your best to destress or just…RELAX!
