So, some big news!

#1, our athlete Annette is at Disney World taking on the Dopey Challenge. Over 4 days she will have ran a 5K, a 10K, a half marathon and a full marathon! If you are friends with her on facebook, be sure to share the support and wish her luck! It’s awesome to see our athletes use their fitness in ways like this.

#2, we are taking down another wall at the gym this weekend. We are getting pretty packed in the evenings and we are needing that extra room. So, please excuse the mess at the beginning of next week.

#3, don’t forget that Dr. Joey Lowery will be at the gym next Saturday, the 18th, from 11am-12pm (following that mornings class) to go over the shoulder area and how to keep it healthy or recover it from injury! Please, if you can be there then please come, we want a packed house for him.
