LIVING IN PAIN
In person or remote, we have your back, to get YOU back.
Living your life inhibited by pain is not something we believe in.
Our coaches live for helping people just like YOU.
We believe you should be able to live and workout as you want — without fear and being inhibited by the pain in your back, shoulders, or knees.
After helping hundreds of people just like you change their lives by showing them how to resolve their pain, we know there is no reason for you to sit there idly waiting for it to stop.
Action must be taken.
We work with you one-on-one through a 3-step process:
We educate you on how you got to where you are. Knowing this will help you avoid it again!
We assess, don’t guess, what’s going on with your body during our comprehensive assessment.
We work with you weekly through individualized training and stay with you each step of the way. Navigating a return from injury can be scary, which is why it’s important to have a coach with you throughout the process.
THE BEST PART IS — WE CAN HELP YOU WHEREVER YOU ARE.

Take a moment to read Jesse’s story of pain, injury, and rebuilding.
“Before coming to Swink, I had pretty significant lower back pain that radiated down my right leg and numbness in my right foot. My strength was suffering significantly and the problem seemed to be getting worse. The easiest way to describe it was I felt like I had a broken link in my kinetic chain.
I knew that I couldn’t solve the problem on my own, and that it wasn’t going to go away on its own.
Upon the initial consultation with Coach Jones, I knew I would be well taken care of. The time spent analyzing proper movement gave me positive reassurance right away. Then, the McGill Curl-up was helpful right off the bat to help me get a better brace for deadlift, and I knew I was going to learn plenty of new movements that would benefit my training.
I learned a plethora of new exercises as well as effective tools to manage intensity/volume while dealing with injury.
Reducing the intensity and really focusing on a rebuild from the ground up wasn’t something I had fully committed to prior to this so it was good to have a coach to hold me accountable and to help me trust the process.
Now, I am feeling good about my training. We have gradually started increasing the intensity, and the pain I was experiencing has continued to decrease, so I know I'm on the right track.
This coaching has educated me and will positively change the way I plan my training from here on out.”
